Care Bear Corporate Government Project was developed over the 7 years based on research conducted for a self -published  doctoral dissertation by the owner of Moxie Consulting LLC, Serendipity Life LLC and Valkyrie's Sanctuary LLC. 

The Owner of  the companies, Devani Rogers conducted both field research and scientific research into the applicability of what was previously a corporate training method used with a large corporation since 2012. 

As the project grew so did the scope - initially conceived off of the Ga Gang Investigator's conference/ combined with the FBI training school in Quantico VA - Hogan's Alley it branched out from a theory to development for training for law enforcement to valid models to reduce and solve crime as well as corporate legal cases including behaviorally predictive models in criminal cases and civil cases. It was expanded to include ways to bridge communities' issues , systemic gaps in systems , agencies , and address both the agency and community needs as well as address corporate systems. 

The dissertation - includes a geographic comparative analysis of companies and government  on the Federal, State and local level , legal case studies. 

A very heartfelt thank you to all of the people who have consulted, mentored and worked on the cases that developed into Carebear - you know who you are - you are rockstar superheroes.  Thank you to the clients, and the corporation, Libre Immigration Services whose cases and work fund Care bear research - to the corporations and the clients whose paychecks pay for the field research, software, bills  on top of a full time job, a private caseload and the development of the theories, software, and most of all your trust in my abilities when a lot of days I doubted myself -but never you.  Now on to using it on a bigger scale. 

In 2019, I had federal financial aid to go to law school and get a Master's in trauma management to assist law enforcement. A dead car battery moving home changed my entire life. Since then, law school was put on hold trying to recover Jacob and Ella, and to rebuild the life that was taken from me simply because no one would listen, or take responsibility for their actions.  

Jacob and Cidney Ella Rogers - this was developed in part to bring you back to me and get you justice. Not a day goes by I don't think of you. I will never give up hope we can be reunited. I have gone through every available option but always heart strings. If anyone had helped, if anyone had listened.  I love you both - the original wonderfursmalls.
